Chaplain’s Message

Do you ever feel like everything in your life is going wrong? Have you had one of those days when it almost seems as if everything that could go wrong has gone wrong? How do you react at those times? Have you ever thought of responding the way Habakkuk did? Basically, Habakkuk said that even if everything went wrong, he would rejoice because of God!

“Even though the fig trees have no blossoms, and there are no grapes on the vines; even though the olive crop fails, and the fields lie empty and barren; even though the flocks die in the fields, and the cattle barns are empty, yet I will rejoice in the LORD! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!” (Habakkuk 3:17–18 NLT).

May you have a day full of God’s joy, no matter how things are going!

Pastor Brent
