Chaplain’s Message:

“Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”” (Matthew 28:18–20, NLT)

Making disciples and baptizing them are some of our tasks as followers of Jesus. And these are not things that we are only called to do in faraway places. Making disciples and baptizing are tasks that are to be accomplished in “all nations” – including here in Canada. Chinook Winds Adventist Academy has the privilege of being a part of the disciple-making process with our students! It is a privilege to be able to celebrate students’ decisions to follow Jesus! One of those opportunities for celebration is scheduled to take place this Sabbath evening at 7 PM here at the school. Several of our students will be baptized! Make plans now to be there for this special event!
