FUNDSCRIP GIFT CARD MISSION TRIP FUNDRAISER: The primary fundraiser for our 2017 Mission Trip is selling gift cards through FundScrip. We sell gift cards at face value and then receive a percentage of that amount back from FundScrip to go toward the mission trip. You can buy the gift cards to use for your normal everyday purchases (groceries, gas, home repair stuff, clothing, eating out, etc.). It doesn’t have to cost you any extra – you simply need to plan ahead by purchasing gift cards ahead of time for your normal purchases. Gift cards also make great gifts! Order forms are available. The next group order deadline is Monday, November 23. Get your orders turned in to the CWAA office with cash or cheque made out to Chinook Winds Adventist Academy. For more information about this fundraiser and to access the order form, click the FundScrip Logo below to go to

Chaplain’s Message:

The Fall Week In Spiritual Emphasis (WISE) is taking place this week at CWAA. Our speaker for the week is Pastor Alan Perez. Pastor Alan is currently the youth pastor at the Red Willow Community Church, which is an Adventist church in St. Albert, Alberta. In connection with our “Be Still” spiritual theme this school year at CWAA, Pastor Alan is sharing on the following topics: The Word, Prayer, Behaving as a Christian, Telling others about Jesus, and Living for Jesus. Please keep our school family in prayer this week that God’s Holy Spirit will be in this place and will touch many hearts with a deeper commitment to Him.

You are also welcome to join us for WISE meetings this week. Tuesday will be a joint (elementary and secondary) assembly at 9:30 AM. Wednesday through Friday, the secondary assembly is scheduled for 8:30 AM and the elementary assembly for 9:10 AM.
