Online Registration
As we prepare for the new registration cycle at CWAA we want to thank you for your continued support for our school, staff, and all the other people that makes everything run smoothly. We have gone through many changes, and optimizations this school year and our online registration platform is no different.
Starting on February 15th, parents of returning students will be able to register their children for the next school year. There will be a two week buffer ending on February 29th before registration opens for new families to CWAA. Many grades at CWAA are currently at capacity, so registering before March 1st will essentially reserve your child’s spot. New applications and returning student registrations after the deadline will be processed on a chronological basis and placed on a waitlist until a classroom seat becomes available.
Please read through the instructions carefully before proceeding to the electronic registration. When ready, click the button that applies best to your registration requirements.

Registration Instructions & Information
Returning Students
A returning student registration is made up of three parts:
1. Electronic Registration
Returning families will no longer require a snapcode to register for the upcoming year, but instead will simply log into their PowerSchool Parent Portal. PowerSchool login credentials were sent home with your children at the beginning of the year. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can use the “Forgot Password” link on the PowerSchool SIS portal to reset your password via the designated email address that the school has on file.
Once logged into PowerSchool, click on the SchoolEngage icon and link in the left side menu.
A new tab should open up on your browser with the SchoolEngage menu and any pertinent information displayed.
2. Paper Application / Registration Package
This package contains documents that are not part of the electronic registration. This paper package must be submitted to the school office as a complement to the electronic portion.
3. Payment of Application / Registration Fee
As a final step, payment of the annual application fee must be made to the school office in order to start processing the application/registration.
Note: Enrollment is not guaranteed for families with outstanding accounts. For more information, please refer to the Parent-Student Handbook and, if required, contact the Business Manager (madede@cwaa.net).
New Student Registration
A new student registration is made up of three parts:
1. Electronic Registration
New applicant families will create a new account in SchoolEngage and login directly using the following link and steps.
Select “Create New Account” link (shown at bottom left of screenshot)
Fill in all the fields shown in the Registration screen (shown on right) and when complete, click “Register”.
2. Paper Application / Registration Package
This package contains documents that are not part of the electronic registration. This paper package must be submitted to the school office as a complement to the electronic portion.
3. Payment of Application / Registration Fee
