As we begin a new school year at Chinook Winds Adventist Academy, we want to extend a heartfelt welcome to both our returning families and those who are joining us for the first time. We are blessed to have you as part of our school community, and we look forward to a year of learning, growth, and spiritual development.

At CWAA, we believe that education is not just about academics; it’s about nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to provide a Christ-centered education that equips our students to grow in wisdom and knowledge while deepening their faith and relationship with God.

  • Academic Excellence: Our dedicated teachers strive to create a learning environment that challenges and inspires, integrating biblical principles into every subject. We are committed to helping each student reach their full potential academically and spiritually.
  • Spiritual Growth: Throughout the year, students will have opportunities to engage in prayer, worship, and Bible study. We seek to cultivate a strong foundation in God’s Word and encourage our students to live out their faith in everyday life.
  • Community and Fellowship: We are more than just a school; we are a community of believers. We encourage parents, students, and staff to build strong relationships grounded in love, respect, and mutual support. Together, we will grow in faith and fellowship.
Important Reminders:
  • First Day of School: September 3, 2024. As we begin the new year, we ask for God’s blessing on our school, our families, and our community.
  • School Supplies: Please make sure your child has all the necessary supplies. A detailed list for each grade level is available on our Parent Corner. As you prepare, we encourage you to pray together as a family, dedicating this school year to God.
  • Stay Connected: Keep an eye on our school website, social media pages, and The Breeze for the latest updates, important announcements, and upcoming events. We will also share devotional resources and ways to deepen your family’s spiritual journey.

As we embark on this new school year, we trust in God’s guidance and provision. Together, let’s seek to honor Him in all that we do and encourage our students to be shining lights in the world.

Thank you for your partnership in this sacred mission of Christian education. May God bless you and your family abundantly

Why should I choose CWAA?

At Chinook Winds, we go beyond academics by using a holistic approach that encourages students to develop mentally, socially, physically, and spiritually.

As Christian educators we believe that your children have been fearfully and wonderfully created in God’s image (Psalms 139:14). We believe that God loves your children with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3) and He desires that your children learn to know Him in return (Hosea 13:4). We believe that God has given your children unique gifts and abilities (Romans 12:6) and He has a specific plan and purpose for everyone (Philippians 2:13).

Our commitment to you is that we will provide every student that comes to CWAA with a secure, caring, and stimulating environment in which he/she can grow and mature physically, intellectually, socially, and spiritually. We strive to provide an education where every student will experience a high degree of success while developing a love and enthusiasm for learning. It is our aim to inspire and motivate our students to achieve their full potential and achieve excellence.
