SECONDARY STUDENT-LED CONFERENCES Thank you to all our parents who came out last Thursday evening to attend our Student-Led Conferences. It was a joy to have you here to support your children. All together we had 25 students and between 25-40 parents (21% of our student body). This was an exciting turn-out for our first Student-Led Conference. We hope to see you in the spring for our second Student-Led Conferences. We look forward to our ELEMENTARY parents coming out to our Elementary Student-Led Conferences on November 14.

ELEMENTARY PARENTS :  With the weather turning colder please make sure your child is coming to school dressed appropriately to spend time outdoors at recess times.

Chaplain’s Message

Today I had the privilege of taking food from our Food Bank Friday to the Calgary Poppy Fund & Veteran’s Food Bank. Thank you to each student, family and staff member who helped by donating food items this past Friday! Even though we don’t know exactly which individuals or families will get this food, may we sense the joy that can be ours when we help those in need.  Jesus showed compassion to people through His teaching, healing and caring. May each of us be filled with compassion for others as we seek to follow Jesus today!

“Jesus saw the huge crowd as he stepped from the boat, and he had compassion on them and healed their sick.” (Matthew 14:14 NLT
