“O LORD, you have searched me and known me!” (Psalm 139:1 ESV).
God knows everything about me! He knows everything about you! Make some time soon to read all of Psalm 139. Think about the fact that God knows everything about you – the good and the bad. Think about the fact that God loves you in spite of the reality that He knows everything about you. Let the following words be your prayer today:
“Search me, O God, and know my heart!
Try me and know my thoughts!
And see if there be any grievous way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting! (Psalm 139:23-24 ESV).
Pastor Brent Wilson
This past year 107 Grade 7 and 8 students as well as their teachers from across the Conference set out in 40 canoes for a three-day river trip on the Red Deer River in September, 2013. The focus of this trip was to discover the history of our waterways, test and interpret the water quality, learn how we affect the river’s ecosystem and make discoveries about God. One of our school families has submitted an article about this trip recently published in the Alberta Conference News. Several of our grade 7 and 8 students are pictured in this article and we’re including it here for you to open and read about this adventure.
